By creating an account, subscribing to Ticket Podu Pro, claiming an invite or promo reward, or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Ticket Podu.
What Ticket Podu does
Ticket Podu is a reminder and planning tool for IRCTC, SETC, KSRTC, and other travellers. It tracks booking windows and sends alerts before tickets open — it does not book tickets for you. Features may include daily booking alerts, trip reminders, full-screen phone alarms, a festival calendar, an in-app notification inbox, and a home-screen widget.
Ticket Podu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Indian Railways, IRCTC, SETC, KSRTC, or any government transport authority.
Free plan: up to 3 reminders in the Mine tab, daily
alerts, trip alarms, festivals, widget, and the invite program.
Pro plan: unlimited reminders, IRCTC Tatkal alerts,
custom ticket types, and related notifications and phone alarms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate trip details and for completing bookings on official transport websites or apps. Keep your Google account secure and use the app lawfully. Do not interfere with the app or other users' data, and do not abuse invites, promo codes, or account deletion/recreation to obtain unfair rewards.
No guarantee
Reminders, alarms, widgets, and booking-window info are for convenience only. Schedules, rules, and availability can change. We do not guarantee alert or alarm timing, ticket availability, or that app information is always error-free. Device settings and battery optimisation can affect delivery.
Ticket Podu Pro
Pro may be obtained through an auto-renewing Google Play subscription (1-month, 3-month, or 12-month plans). Prices are shown before payment. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for Play purchases follow Google Play's terms.
Cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Paid Pro features stay active until the end of your current paid period. Use "Restore purchases" on a new device when signed in with the same Google account.
Friend invites and promo codes
Invite friends: Eligible users may share a personal invite code or link. When a new friend signs in with Google and successfully claims your code within the allowed window, both of you may receive a limited Pro reward (currently 7 days, subject to change). Successful rewarded invites per account are capped to limit abuse (currently one successful invite per referrer).
Promo codes: Ticket Podu may issue time-limited promo codes that grant Pro for a stated number of days. Promo terms are set when each code is created.
Invite and promo Pro access is a time-limited reward. It is not a Google Play auto-renewing subscription and does not charge through Play Billing. When the reward period ends, Pro features stop unless you have another active Pro entitlement. We may refuse or revoke rewards if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
When Pro ends
Pro-only features stop immediately when your Pro access ends — including after a paid subscription ends or an invite/promo reward expires. Tatkal and Custom reminders are removed from Mine.
If you have more than 3 reminders when Pro ends, only your 3 earliest (by date added to Mine) are kept. Extra reminders and their scheduled notifications are removed automatically without further notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticket Podu is not liable for missed bookings, travel losses, notification or alarm delays, widget inaccuracies, data loss (including reminders removed when Pro ends), invite or promo reward disputes, or billing disputes handled by Google Play.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
