Delete account & data

Before you delete

Deleting your account removes all saved reminders, Pro status, invite/promo entitlement data tied to the account, and profile data from Ticket Podu. This cannot be undone.

If you only want to remove specific trips, open the app → Mine tab → delete individual reminders. No account deletion needed.

If you have Ticket Podu Pro, cancel your subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions to avoid future charges. Google Play keeps its own billing records separately from Ticket Podu.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Ticket Podu and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete my account.
3. Confirm deletion. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Delete by email

Use this if you cannot open the app or sign in.

1. Email supportticketpodu@gmail.com with subject: Delete my Ticket Podu account.
2. Send the email from the same Google account you use to sign in.
3. We process email requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Display name, email address, and profile photo
• All saved reminders (IRCTC, SETC, KSRTC, Tatkal, Custom)
• Subscription status and notification preferences
• Invite code records and promo entitlement data linked to your account
• Any other app data linked to your account

What we do not delete

Payment and billing history on Google Play is managed by Google, not Ticket Podu. Cancel active subscriptions in Google Play before or after your deletion request.

Limited anti-abuse records (such as identity-level referral claim blocks) may be retained where needed to prevent repeated reward farming after delete-and-recreate cycles.
